What’s in store this year:

  • We’ll shine the spotlight on the connection between health and housing, with multiple sessions ranging from asthma to aging, including successful new partnerships and programs right here in Tennessee.
  • We’ll explore the new trend of creative placemaking and what it means for Tennessee’s nonprofits and developers alike.
  • We’ll examine new U.S. Department of Justice action on accessibility that could have far-reaching effects on affordable housing nationwide.
  • We’ll showcase how to make the most of your partnership with THDA, from blight to bonds to co-branding opportunities.
  • We’ll bring in some of America’s leading experts to discuss an alarming increase in economic segregation in our cities and towns.

Plus: business-building opportunities for REALTORS® and homebuyer education instructors, ideas for marketing on a budget, creative options for raising matching funds, youth housing, and so much more!

Check out what last year’s attendees had to say about why they love the Governor’s Housing Conference:

Our official conference hotels are now officially sold out (although you might still want to give them a call to see if anyone has canceled a reservation and freed up a room!) If you are seeking accommodations for the conference, there are a number of other hotels near the Music City Center, and even more just a few miles down Broadway in midtown. These hotels do not offer a group rate for the GHC, but many do still have availability. You can click this link for a list of downtown hotels, and this link will take you to a map of midtown options.
